Q. Im having problems logging in
Usually this is due to one or both of the following:
- Cookies not being enabled for this website
- Incorrect login details being used
Allowing cookies
Internet Explorer 7
- Look for the Tools menu item at the top of IE and click it
- Click on Internet Options
- Click on the Privacy tab
- Click the Sites button
- Examine the Managed websites pane to look for the following domains which must all be set to Always Allow:
wiserhosting.co.uk, lechoir.com, speracc.com
- For any of the domains that are present but NOT set to Always Allow, click on the domain and then click the Remove button. Then apply the step below to put the domain back in correctly.
- For any of the domains that are not present, type the domain into the Address of website box and click the Allow button. The domains must be done one at a time.
Mozilla Firefox
- Look for the Tools menu item at the top of Firefox and click it
- Click on Options
- Click on the Privacy icon
- Click the Exceptions button in the Cookies area
- Examine the lower pane to look for the following domains which must all be set to Allow:
wiserhosting.co.uk, lechoir.com, speracc.com
- For any of the domains that are present but NOT set to Allow, click on the domain and then click the Remove Site button. Then apply the step below to put the domain back in correctly.
- For any of the domains that are not present, type the domain into the Address of web site box and click the Allow button. The domains must be done one at a time.
Login details
You will asked (probably more than once) for 2 passwords (the first one may be called a username). Whenever you are asked, what you type in these boxes is always the same. In both boxes, there are NO spaces and all letters are lowercase (i.e. small letters not capitals).
Thinking of Sue's famous phrase, the first 3 words go into the first box and the last 2 go into the second box.
